We’re Hg, known as Honest Greens outside the UK. Born from bold Mediterranean flavours, open fire cooking, and real ingredients, we’re bringing that spirit to London with sustainable British produce, sourced locally whenever possible.

We’re quietly pioneering a movement to democratise Real Food and make healthy eating an easy, exciting choice. We proudly serve ethically sourced products made from the heart; no pretence, no processing, no preservatives, just Real Food done right. We work with local artisans whenever possible, serve more plants and grass fed meats, and only cook with olive oil.
